How returns work.

To ensure that the breast pumps we rent out are of the highest standards of quality and cleanliness, they must be returned to our specialist cleaning facilities. Our returns are handled by Australia Post and the process is very easy, simply follow the steps below.

1. Complete Online Form

You will need your Medi-Rent contract number.


2. Pre-Pay Shipping

Pre-pay shipping using a valid credit card. Shipping label will then be emailed to you.


3. Open Email with Label

Print label at home or at Aust Post – they can scan label on your mobile.


4. Drop off at Aust Post

Lodge your package at your nearest
Aust Post outlet.

Under no circumstances should you return your breast pump to the pharmacy that you collected it from, doing so will incur a non-refundable charge of $60.00 to cover the cost of us sending a courier to collect your pump and return it to us. If you are returning your equipment to the Sydney office in person, please make an appointment on 1300 726 666.
